Little Salty Crew gives children simple, comforting tools to help them name what they feel, steady themselves, and try again.

In our world, every child is the Captain of their own inner ship — and every Captain deserves a good crew.

Through nautical play and gentle rituals (think stars, knots, maps, flags, and crew rules), we teach resilience in a way kids understand:

With years navigating the health industry I've witnessed firsthand how early emotional foundations shape a child's entire journey. Time and again, I've seen the profound impact when young ones lack the tools to weather life's storms—how it affects their confidence, trust, and ability to chart their own course.

This inspired me to create Little Salty Crew: a collection of nautical-themed tools designed to build these essential life skills from the very beginning. Because I believe every child deserves to set sail into their future equipped with resilience, courage, and unshakeable self-confidence.

At Little Salty Crew, we craft nautical-inspired tools that empower children years 2 to 8, to navigate life's biggest waves with confidence. Through thoughtfully designed posters, journals, and activities, we help young sailors build emotional resilience, courage, and inner calm.
